If you are using your mobile services in Regulated Europe then you will be charged your UK package rates for calls, text messages and data usage. If you are roaming outside of Regulated Europe then you will be charged in accordance with our Charges Schedule here for calls, texts and data usage, unless you have agreed to one of our international call bundles.

Please note – Any usage in Regulated Europe that is not included in your UK package will be charged in accordance with the prices in our Charges Schedule.

Subject to our fair use policy, and any bill limit you may have, there is no limit on data roaming and you won’t be charged different prices depending on how much you roam.  You will be charged immediately for any services used outside of Regulated Europe in accordance with our Charges Schedule here.  You will be charged per UK 24-hour period.

We operate a fair use policy.  Calls are restricted to 60 minutes. Calls and texts under our unlimited mobile bundle are each restricted to a maximum of 99 distinct numbers per month. Calls and texts made outside of these restrictions will be charged at the applicable rate/out of bundle cost as set out in the Charges Schedule. If we believe that your use of data is adversely affecting the network (or any part of it) or other customers, then we may impose network protection controls. Your bill limit will still apply when roaming.  In order to add, modify or remove a bill limit please call our customer service team on 0333 014 3131.  You will receive notifications as you near your bill limit to help you monitor your usage.

In order to avoid high roaming charges, you should:

1. Make sure you have a bill limit in place and reduce your existing bill limit if it is too high.

2. Speak to our customer service team on 0333 014 3131 to add international call barring to your plan.

3. Avoid any automatic or uncontrolled data roaming by switching off data roaming entirely or making sure none of the apps you have on your phone are roaming constantly (even when not in use).

4. Monitor your usage by taking note of roaming notifications, when you start roaming in another country, and bill limit reminder text messages.

5. Avoid calling any premium rate numbers or using any other services outside of your bundle or plan.

In order to opt out of receiving roaming notifications please call our customer service team on 0333 014 3131 who will be able to suppress any data roaming notifications for you.  You can opt out or opt back in to data roaming notifications at any time.

Please note – We strongly encourage you not to opt out of receiving roaming notifications in order to avoid any unexpected high bills.
