Complete this form if:
You're moving into a business premises
You take water, energy, payments, insurance or more than one service from us
Complete this form if:
You're moving out of a business premises
You have Landlord and third-party requests
You'll need to go to Customer Zone if:
You already take phone and/or broadband services from us and want to move your services to a new business premises
To do this: log into Customer Zone, go to My Account and select Moving premises.
When you log your move, all we need is:
where you’re moving to, and
when the move is happening
For all other moving premises notifications, please complete a Change of Tenancy form instead.

Lease, Sub-Lease, Tenancy Agreement, contractual right or licence to use a property
Lease, Tenancy Surrender or Termination
Title Deeds or Land Registry
Bill, invoice or receipt for other utilities bill, council tax, brewery, equipment. Must include the company name and address
Mortgage Agreement or Mortgage Completion certificate
Death certificate
Insurance which includes building or Public Liability Employers
TR1 form
Sale of a Property with a signed and dated copy of the transfer document between the seller/transferor and the buyer/transferee (both parties details completed) should be provided
Bank, Solicitor, Administrators or Landlord letter confirming full details
Business Rates Bills and/or evidence of exemption
